Dominica has the most ethnic Real Mass. I was really impressed this year that people supported and came out in their numbers and I want to say thank you to everyone for supporting the Dominica mass this year,” she said.Clarke Meade also congratulated the Kalinago territory and the Chinese for their involvement in the Real Mas.“They got a princess, they got a Miss Dominica. They were out 60 strong in the youth mass on the road and it really blessed my heart. I love the mixing of culture. I love the way they merge our culture with the Chinese culture. I see the Chinese culture is on the road. This year is big year for the Chinese in Dominica. It is the year of the Dragon. They came out and participated in our culture and I love that” she explained.Meantime Clarke-Meade is suggesting the implementation of a Dominica Carnival TV implemented just for carnival.“I love forward to the day when I see a Dominica Carnival TV. In other to get there all stakeholders must claim carnival as their own and that is where Trinidad has gotten to right now. It shouldn’t be left just for the government; everybody needs to push carnival in Dominica. Its only when we own it together we can succeed in this thing,” she said.Dominica Vibes News Sharing is caring!
