Geofencing is in effect for designated high-pedestrian areas including beach-area boardwalks, Balboa Park, NTC Park, Mission Bay Park, Petco Park and North/South Embarcadero.Operators will no longer be able to stage scooters and e-bikes on sidewalks in Downtown.The City said the San Diego Police Department will continue to enforce laws that pertain to individuals who rent shared mobility devices, including not riding devices on sidewalks, only one rider per device, driving any device while impaired and ensuring that all underage riders use helmets. Users must be at least 16 years old and users younger than 18 years old must wear helmets. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.In The Community: Join the Wilmington Memorial Library for its third annual Summer Bash on the Swain Green from 5pm to 7:30pm! Bring your lawn chairs and your blankets! Relax and enjoy dinner from the Amigos Locos Tex-Mex or Amigos Locos Cantina food trucks (affordable prices plus kid friendly options). Mimzee’s Ice Cream Truck will be there if you want to purchase a cool treat. Music will be provided by Vanessa Trien and the Dancing Monkeys.  Children’s games and entertainment will be part of the evening’s festivities. This is in addition to the standard 50% discount offered by RMLD.
